Nasi Tumpeng is a traditional Indonesian rice combination platter served during special events such as birthdays, weddings and holidays to celebrate grattitude and hope. This mountainous yellow aromatic rice, served on a bed of banana leaf, is accompanied by several savoury dishes complementing the palate.
